Determination of case by an Arbitrator selected by parties. Informal hearing with relaxed rules of evidence. Parties submit evidence in writing and live testimony. Following the arguments of the parties, Arbitrator issues a decision. The streamlined process is an efficient alternative to litigation and trial.

High/Low Arbitration
Parties manage and reduce risk by agreeing to a maximum and minimum range of award. If the Arbitrator's decision is in excess of the high, award is capped. Likewise, if the decision is less than the low, the minimum will be awarded.
High/Low range is not disclosed to the Arbitrator.

The parties select a Mediator to assist the parties in voluntary resolving the issue at hand. The mediator will hear from the parties then conference with the individual parties to bridge the divide.
